3 Again, no indication of session format, but presuming an opportunity for audience participation I think that this would be of interest to us.

I doubt , it can cause more damage than benefice to our community as a whole. I could attend to ask for precaution on transparency regarding legal issues not to advocate more transparency.

12. Underserved Regions in ICANN<br>
3 Again no info on session format, but the topic could be of interest. <b>
<i><span style="color:#0070C0">I am in favor of this one - having studying new gTLds in the region and possible next round, there are many many issues that need more attention. New gTLds are enlarging the gap for uderserved regions comparing to well served
ones. My only point is avoid talking about lack of telecom and energy as some love to raise, since this is not under ICANN’s mission and just waste our time.

13. Universal Consumer Awareness about the largest ever expansion of the Internet<br>
3 I agreed tat the ALAC would partiicpate in this session, but explicitly said we would not likely support a Ry request for ICANN to embark on a program to support growth in use of new gTLDs.
<b><i><span style="color:#0070C0">As I said above – item 12 - , there are lots of problems regarding new gTLds in our regions and, as by my study, a real lack of awareness about the problems when consumers join new gTLDs in some underserved regions.<o:p></o:p></span></i></b></span></p>
