One reason why the 19:--21:00 was not chosen is that they do not
just look at the Yes votes but also added the Maybe votes in. that
is how they get the highest scores. I have a long standing issue
with this methodology. Maybe does not mean Yes and It also could be
that some key people could not make it at that time or it was tied
with another time when adding in the maybes<br>
