Implementation of the New Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP) was received on 1 Dec 2015.</font><font size="2"> </font><font face="Arial, sans-serif" size="2">A formal reply is being prepared.</font><font face="Arial, sans-serif" size="2"> The gist of it is that </font><font face="Arial, sans-serif" size="2">the Board will consider the input together with the results of the Public Comments on </font>Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP) Operational Profile for gTLD Registries and Registrars (see forwarded information below). The ALAC may want to consider submitting a statement into the Public Comments process.<br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">Moving forward, I would like to propose a slight adjustment to the ALAC statement template. If a statement is an advice to the Board, it should be indicated in the statement itself. You might want to create a field with a box that you can tick or an added sentence.
