    Sandra has been at the root of ICANN's learning programs, like the
    Leadership Training Program and this needs to be at the heart of the
    ALT when discussing expansion of the programs.<br>
    Leon has shown his excellence in being a co-chair of the CCWG
    Accountability and would make an excellent Vice Chair of the ALAC.<br>
