<div dir="ltr">RE: CEO Search<div><br></div><div>The challenge for any executive search is to balance experience, skills and interpersonal (emotional intelligence). Some people are suggesting we recruit prospects from the Non Profit sector ie Red Cross etc to lead ICANN. My problem is that the history of NOMCOM recruits from the business community and I daresay that if we have a strong NGO leader we may have a clash of 'culture' on style and substance between a 'business board' and a Non Profit leader.
