Tijani, I am trying my best to reflect a fair statement. My preference
would be to make a strong statement that reflects the majority views, but
people have felt strongly that all variants need to be presented and I
have done what I could to have the statement represent all of those
views.<br><br>
Please suggest wording that will satisfy you, but it cannot be to simply
remove the parts you do not agree with. That removes what others feel is
appropriate.<br><br>

There were two problems. That document should not have been attached. I
pointed to the wiki in the e-mail. The document was from an earlier
e-mail that I neglected to remove. And the 21 May date was in error, even
the first time (although no one noticed).<br><br>

At this point, we are having very few comments made, and those that are
largely a debate between Tijani and me (with comments from Seun largely
supporting Tijani).<br>

We REALLY need more people to contribute. A statement like this needs to
reflect the overall community and not just the views of a few
