[ALAC] ccNSO Achievements Report

Thanks for the report Laura
VSIG is working with CIRA.   .CA  the Canadian ccTLD on a security session
next Thursday and they are very interested in how our small working group
with the  IDN's  to include the use of Indigenous scripts ie.  Inuit  .
