FY23 IANA Budget.

23.59 utc so that we can inform the ECA before their closing date (30 March

Dear Empowered Community Administration representatives,



Under the ICANN Bylaws, delivery of the Secretary’s Notice on 9 March: (1)
requires Decisional Participants to “promptly inform their constituents” of
the delivery of such notice; and (2) triggers the 21-day Rejection Action
Petition Period, during which an individual may submit a petition to any
Decisional Participant, seeking to reject the Board action.



This 21-day period commenced on 9 March 2022 and will end at 23:59 PDT on 30
March 2022, or 06:59 UTC on 31 March 2022. Please refer to Article 2, Annex
D of the ICANN Bylaws for additional details on the Rejection Process,
including all pertinent deadlines and requirements for Rejection Action
