[ALAC] Nomination for ALAC Chair

Dear All:

I support Jonathan’s nomination and also think he will make a very good
job, but I think Abdulkarim’s comments are correct too. We should not
forget about gender and region balance. At the same time we should have the
correct candidates for the position which it seems is not that easy. Lets
wait until the new deadline.
