Adding to what Marita said, some of these regional gatherings/meetings
might be in conjunction with the ICANN meeting. This will allow people with
real problems to access Internet to join the meeting appropriately. I
understand ICANN now has a program to pay for a better internet, but in
some places, not even paying a reasonable fee you get a decent Internet
connection to join a zoom room.
