[ALAC] Fwd: ALAC Chair position

Hello Maureen,

Thanks for the forward, while I have nothing for or against your
re-election as Chair of ALAC, it's quite in-appropriate for you to campaign
when nomination has not even commenced thereby discouraging others who may
have an interest in the same position.

In the past, we have tried to discourage having to campaign on the list and
I must note my concern and disappointment that you seem to be doing just
that. You are conflicted on this one and I think the suggestion for your
re-election to the position of Chair coming from you is ill-timed and
inappropriate.
