LOS ANGELES – 26 October 2020 – Today, the Internet Corporation for
Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) published its audited consolidated
financial statements and Public Technical Identifiers (PTI) published its
audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2020, in
accordance with Section 22.3 of ICANN's Bylaws

PTI's Bylaws <https://newsalerts.icann.org/K0020CR00PaW2wd8g02N0E0>.

The financial statements are accompanied by an "unqualified" opinion report
from BDO LLP, ICANN's and PTI's independent auditors, indicating that the
audit did not identify any issues.
