[ALAC] Final Report of the ALS Mobilization Working Party

Thanks, Alan & Team, for the final report. It will have a significant
bearing on the way our member ALSes will function in future. It is also an
important input for our ROP review (together with the output of the
Unaffiliated Individuals Mobilization Working Party).

APRALO had decided earlier to invite you to make a presentation on the
salient recommendations of this report to our community. We will decide on
the date/time of this meeting after we hear from Maureen if there's going
to be an ALAC-level call or if the RALOs are free to organize calls for
their own region.
