[ALAC] Final Report of the ALS Mobilization Working Party

Thanks you Alan for sharing this report and congratulation to the entire
members of the WP.

It will be good to have clarity on timeline as it concerns review at RALO
level and a confirmation on whether the ALAC reps from the region will
oversee the consultation.

I guess that information will be best provided by the ALAC Chair.
