[ALAC] ICANN Meeting survey results - a comparison between At-Large and all of ICANN

Thanks for this, But it seams like ICANN org itself can't differentiate
between ALAC and At- Large. Cos obviously ALAC can't have 48 responses. We
need to point it out to them.
