LOS ANGELES – 13 May 2020 – Today, the Internet Corporation for Assigned
Names and Numbers (ICANN) and its affiliate Public Technical Identifiers
(PTI) published several returns required by the United States Internal
Revenue Service (IRS), California Franchise Tax Board, and California
Attorney General's office for non-profit organizations for the fiscal year
ending 30 June 2019.

The Form 990, the U.S. tax return that non-profit organizations exempt from
income taxes are required to file, was timely filed for ICANN and PTI
pursuant to section 501(c) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code:
