[ALAC] My chat with Goran today

Thanks Judith

Actually I won't be choosing anyone for anything. These were Goran's
updates as initial discussions about what is happening within ICANN that
might be of interest to At-Large. We are lucky to get the heads-up. Re the
tracker, still a work in progress, I believe.
