[ALAC] Volunteers needed as speakers for joint NCUC-ALAC outreach session

Hi Carlos

That would make sense for me to be there at the outset and to present an
introduction about At-Large before I return to the first ATLAS breakout
session.  I would be more than happy to pass the baton to John Laprise, and
we may do a bit of a tag-team routine as ALAC members enter and withdraw
from the session.
