[ALAC] ALAC Hot Policy Topics Document

Hi Daniel. There is no longer an ALAC Hot Topics effort. It has been replaced by the At-Large Policy Platform and currently exists only in slide firm as we work to achieve consensus on the topics. Is there something in particular you are after?
