[ALAC] Message to Board on Strategic Plan

Dear Maureen,
You message is not clear are you Siang this is a new issue or are you
speaking generally? I seams a bit confused here.
This is because my previous email is about the startegic plan which is part
of the plan. Am I getting something wrong here?
