Dear all,

In my respective capacity as an AFRALO, I feel disappointed that some
members of the community seem not to like the idea of diversity.

For the betterment of our community, regional diversity, gender diversity,
timelines of service and experience should be taken into consideration.

In due respect of Mohammed as chair of AFRALO, feel humilated when
@Mohammed address me in a communication as though I am influencing the
regional election.

We all know the regional fights of AFRINIC, and I would not love the same
for AFRALO. AFRALO is not for West Africa or East Africa or North Africa or
South Africa. I advocate for the young members be given opportunity to
serve and get experience in leadership.

The older people should be mentors and not criticise the young peoples
ability to lead.

We should learn to accept advice and critic.

Its a shame for AFRALO that some members want to turn AFRALO into AFRINIC.
