[ALAC] ICANN org publishes Charter on Government Engagement Approach

Hi Leon,

Many thanks. It would be interesting to know the impact of recent
Government engagement efforts on ICANN's Strategy, (negatively or
positively). Can we get a summary ahead of KOBE. I agree with Sebastien, it
would have been great for the Charter to be subjected to the Public comment
process.
