Dear Raymond,

that is correct - but some people who wanted to follow the Webinar
track, mostly because they are not fluent in English, might have
actually missed the first Webinars due to unforeseen circumstances. So
there is always a chance to "save the application" by doing the ICANN
Learn course that corresponds to the Webinar they have missed.
