[ALAC] FINAL: SHORT Consensus Call: Fellowship Selection Criteria

Hello,

If the example you cited happened for meeting B then that's fine, this is
why I still think that we should have 2 skill requirements.

Anyway we have provided our community view, let's hope the final consensus
view from the entire community covers some of our interest/expectations.
