[ALAC] Fwd: Motion to amend the ALAC Rules of Procedure

Dear Alan, good Initiative!
I have to agree with Maureen, I do not think it's a good time to start
discussing this, I think we have to give participation to the RALOS, in the
case of LACRALO, we are in the process of defining our rules.
