[ALAC] Fwd: Motion to amend the ALAC Rules of Procedure

Holly (and others),

As I have said, Dev's proposal reflects a new 
requirement - that is a ALAC policy issue and 
needs to be fully discussed. And I presume will 
be as part of the At-Large Improvements.

Nothing in the proposed RoP changes is meant to 
reflect such a change. It is simply a matter of 
having our RoP be up to date and clearly stated.

Do you believe that extracting all of the BEFORE 
And AFTER paragraphs will be that much clearer 
than the redline to warrant the effort. If so, I 
will ask that staff do it immediately. But this 
is a very busy time 1 week from travel so let's only do it if necessary.
