There is no rule. When putting together the final 
agendas for Panama, I asked them if they wanted 
the opportunity to present themselves and address 
any questions and both said that they felt they 
were well known to the ALAC and that there was no need.

Obviously we can change that if there is a desire 
within the ALAC. It will of course delay the 
vote, or at least force it to be done in a much shorter time.

Everyone has the current agenda plans. Feel free 
to suggest what should be deleted or shortened.
