[ALAC] Fwd: Call for Volunteers: Expedited Policy Development Process (EPDP) on the Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data

NCUC and NPOC gets 2/1 each yet the one that incorporates both gets another
2/1.

Wonder what rationale was used to cut ALAC to 2/2, perhaps ALAC is just
easier to poked at than GAC. ;-)
