[ALAC] Community Feedback on Proposed models for RDS - by the end of January

Actually, I am on the Skype thread on this issue - as are the relevant members of the NCUC. So I have read their thoughts - indeed, it is where I picked up mention of the document. I’d be happy to do something on this for February - except I fear the time you’d set. Suggestions?
