Just a note that the public comment period for the draft FY19 budget<https://www.icann.org/public-comments/fy19-budget-2018-01-19-en> closes on 8 March. So the comment period will have already closed by the time the ALAC meets.

Lets talk about CROP and the Onboarding and the fact that by cutting these programs areICANN org is sending a signal to the community that outreach efforts are not the priority.
