[ALAC] ICANN63 TOPICS: Please Review

By the time I had to submit the ratings, a 
significant majority of submitted preferred the 
consolidated session and I rated it as 
1.  Hopefully my suggestion will be taken to 
eliminate the other votes once no longer needed 
so that the other sessions can be reasonably evaluated.
