[ALAC] GDPR statement

Dear Colleagues,

I would also like to thank Bastiaan for the great job. I came across this
statement which appears like a typo and would need to be fixed (*within and
across registrars, and the ability to recognized patters in registration*).
I suppose it is patterns.
