[ALAC] Possible Decisions during Wrap-up

Hi Alan,

Has the GAC given any indication that it may be able to achieve consensus
on the joint statement, given that delegates just saw it for the first time
yesterday? I was a little surprised at the pushback I saw at the GAC/ALAC
meeting on what I myself thought was non-controversial.
