[ALAC] Briefing note: Use of gTLD Auction Proceeds for ICANN Reserve

Agree with you Seun.

Having a financial stable and healthy ICANN is in the best interest of the wider community. 

Now, reserve fund replenishment and responsible expenditure are not mutually exclusive and I think we should be pushing for both.
