Thank you Yrjö for this last draft. I think it didn’t take into consideration all the comments including the last comment from Alan.

For the record, it has always been the same process: the pen holder proposes the first draft and all the contributions cams as comments on the first draft. The first draft of this statement has been posted for comment on 2 October 14:18 UTC (yesterday)…
For this very statement, contributions have been submitted from the very beginning (Beran and Judith: 5 Sept), So, it is one of the best situations for the pen holder.
I hope that in the futur, contributions are made early and the first draft is posted earlier.
