Hello Olivier,

The suggested way forward seem fine to me as well as I remember that Beran
and Isaac do alternate for meetings during their time as well.

That said, this assumes that the program will support a whole year (3
meetings) as that wasn't clear from the announcement. @Olivier has that
assumption been further confirmed?
