[ALAC] [Alac-sc-outreach] Fwd: [ICANN60_Onboarding] Call for ICANN61 Nominations

Thanks Dev.

My personal feeling is I cringe when seeing CROP, by its very definition
being for "Outreach", being used to travel to an ICANN meeting, which
really is inside the ivory tower, thus engagement rather than outreach.
But RALOs are of course free to do as they wish.
