Good morning Olivier,

I believe that the selection of the Onboarding program members should be done in each RALO.
The missed information are:
how many mentees per RALO
How many mentors are needed
the timeline

The Onboarding Program administrator should provide these information, and then each RALO proposes its participants.

I agree with you that we need to organize ourselves so that we don’t face the previous situation.
Thank you for your leadership.

As another cycle of Onboarding is due to start soon, I would urge that this process gets determined ASAP. Who should lead this? RALOs? ALAC? Well, since the Outreach & Engagement working group has members from both RALOs and ALAC, may I suggest that its first task would be to put together a short proposal for selection of people on the Onboarding Program and present it to the ALAC and RALOs?
