[ALAC] Motion on IDN TLD Confusion

I agree, Holly.. the statement actually acknowledges the arguments of both
sides and asks the parties to try to come to some agreement on the best
possible solution to ensure that there is no possibility of confusion and
as you say, to facilitate the deployment of IDN TLDs.

And of course my role is to support the ALAC POV 😊
