[ALAC] Fwd: Consensus Call: SSR2-RT Endorsements

Sorry that it has taken a bit of time to finalize this and notify 
those who were not selected.

The Consensus Call resulted in all but one ALAC Member supporting the 
recommendation of the AASC. Accordingly, Jabhera Matagoro and Ram 
Krishna Pariyar are endorsed by the ALAC for the SSR-RT.
