[ALAC] [Alac-sc-outreach] Introduction to At-Large Presentation (January 2017)

Dear Dev,

Great Job, congrats !!!!
Just want to tell that would be great in the part of "Policy Advice
Development" if there is any possibility to put a "measure" on how
effective were all the advice that At-large gave, a real impact (Maybe in a
board decision). If that is possible people would have an important
incentive and concrete results to engage with At-large.
