[ALAC] RSVP - 2017 ALAC Monthly Call schedule

Dear All,

Time has come for us to set the ALAC 2017 call schedule. Last year, we sent out a Doodle poll to find rotating time slots and 3 times were identified:

  *   04:00 - 06:00 UTC
  *   12:00 - 14:00 UTC
  *   21:00 - 23:00 UTC

Please find attached (doc" ALAC 2017 Rotating times v2) a schedule for the 2017 ALAC Monthly calls as well as the corresponding local times across the time zones (regions observing DST taken into account).

Alan sent through the following note with the Doodle poll last year (see message attached):
For ALAC Members and Liaisons in particular, PLEASE BE FLEXIBLE. We will try to avoid meetings in the dead of night, but with members spanning the world, that will not always be possible and we will do our best to limit the number of times any individual member needs to participate at really awkward times. It is not fair to force some people to always bear the pain.
If you have a particular situation that cannot be easily expressed in the Doodle, please send a private note to me and Gisella.

Please confirm:

  *   whether you agree with the above three rotating time slots
     *   We are trying to share the pain!
  *   Whether you see any major issue with any of the dates & times suggested.

Our first meeting in 2017 is scheduled on Tuesday 24 January 2017 at 04:00 UTC. The meeting invitation will be sent out shortly.
