[ALAC] ALAC Representative on the .NGO Community Advisory Council

Hi Sarah,

I realize that eliminating ISOC Chapter ALSs narrows our talent pool
significantly. But this would be a good opportunity to call attention to
those in our community who are not part of ISOC. The At-Large Review
currently underway seems nearly obsessed with the involvement of ISOC
chapters, it is valuable to demonstrate that there are many involved with
us who are outside that alleged "influence".
