Murray, All you need to do is send a message to 
<gnso-secs at icann.org> saying you would like to be 
a member of the RDS PDP WG. And some or all of 
its sub-groups. The WG Wiki is at 
https://community.icann.org/display/gTLDRDS/2017-01-10+Next+Gen+RDS+PDP+Working+Group.
