I'll believe it's over when Sophia concedes defeat. She's been
underestimated before. While it appears that her arsenal of obstruction is
now empty, I'm not sure I'd bet on it... though her prolific (and, I must
say, highly entertaining) communiques have certainly slowed down of late.

And I too am troubled by the "covenant not to sue" as a legal concept.
