[ALAC] MOVING FORWARD: ALS Expectations Plan

Eduardo,

Thank you for volunteering to work on this issue.
The document was written far before ITEMS proposed anything. It reframed the debate about the ALS expectations and is a kind of new way to address the issue that was adopted by ALAC.

So, now, we have a pool of volunteers, and I’m sure we will have this work well done before Copenhagen under the leadership of Alan.
