ccNSO to appoint Nigel Roberts to replace Mike Silber occupying Board 
Seat 12 effective the end of ICANN63 
(https://ccnso.icann.org/en/announcement-2-08dec17-en.htm), I am 
notifying the Empowered Community Administration that I support this 
appointment.
