[ALAC] Fwd: Submitting a proposal for a CC session on ICANN Open Data Efforts

My recollection is that the idea of an Open Data initiative for ICANN and
specific to the 'open-ness' of compliance data has been raised several
times.   This is worthwhile and definitely should be championed by the
ALAC, if for no other reason than support for transparency.
