[ALAC] Fwd: Submitting a proposal for a CC session on ICANN Open Data Efforts

This is a call for someone to help organize and perhaps moderate a 
one-time session at ICANN61.

I did not use the term sponsoring in any specific way. I just meant 
that the ALAC would be one of the groups that was advocating this 
session and would contribute to it.
