[ALAC] Fwd: Submitting a proposal for a CC session on ICANN Open Data Efforts

This was not targeted only at ALAC member, but rather anyone who 
might want to work on helping to organize this session.

Working on the Open Data initiative is a different matter. The links 
I pointed to give you ways to do that (for a start).
